The Living Theatre's Judith Malina and Motus' Silvia Calderoni create an encounter between two Antigones- spanning generations and experiences- united in the belief that theater can incite political transformation.

"Judith Malina is a piece of history - something she's extraordinarily aware of although it bores her. And in her way she's satisfied. What doesn't satisfy her, despite having become history, is that she can't engineer a new mechanism of transformation. If only history could become fertilizer, nourishment, colors of the horizon or slashes of light for generation to come. If onyl she could call up new insubordinaitons and new experiences of stepping outside the ruts of traditions from the depths of her undomesticated veins!" - Cristina Valenti, Conversation with Judith Malina, Titivilus Edizioni, 2008
